After experiencing life-changing benefits from the practice of dynamic relaxation in my own life, I was inspired to share my journey and help others find peace, balance and to become more present in today's fast-paced world.

I believe that everyone can benefit from integrating relaxation techniques into their daily life, and my goal is to make this practice accessible and approachable to everyone - whether you're a beginner just starting out or an experienced practitioner looking for new insights.

When I’m not working or practicing mindfulness, my other loves are any activities that are water related, non-fiction books, and spending time with people that make life meaningful.

Exploring relaxation techniques that can help with stress, anxiety and burnout. I have been there, done that, knocked on burnout’s door, kept on knocking (it just wasn’t at home that day). I know how difficult it can be in that moment, the next moment, and the moment after that. To start, it can be as simple as pausing and taking three deep breaths in and out.
